City’s Mobile Office heads to Kenilworth and Kleinvlei

30 May 2025

Next week, the City of Cape Town’s Mobile Office will be providing municipal services at Kenilworth and Kleinvlei. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of the services that come along with each mobile office visit.

The details are as follows:

  • Thursday, 5 June 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30, at the Wynberg Civic Centre in Rosmead Avenue, Kenilworth
  • Friday, 6 June 2025, from 09:30 to 13:30, at the Kleinvlei Community Hall on the corner of Gannas Street and Kool Avenue, Kleinvlei

The City’s Customer Relations Department’s mobile team will assist residents with logging queries and service requests electronically. Customers can engage with the City in a wide-range of non-emergency enquiries such as rates, sewerage, electricity, water, refuse collection, and all other account enquiries.

‘It is always exciting to see residents making use of the opportunity and getting assistance with inquiries. With the service on their doorstep, residents save time and money, and get to interact with City staff. The Mobile Office is our commitment to bringing the City’s services closer to residents. Should you wish to make use of the services on offer, do remember to bring along your ID or municipal accounts to help ease the process,’ said the City’s Mayoral Committee Member for Corporate Services, Alderman Theresa Uys.
